With 5 apartments in the building, this is a great option for groups traveling together. The apartment house is a short stroll to Tybee's main beach. Beachwalk Apartment house combines each of the five apartments in one. Enjoy the privacy of separate living spaces while staying together on your ultimate beach vacay getaway.

Originally built in 1930, much has changed over the years; however, it has always maintained the cool, breezy charm inside and out. The apartments have been refurbished while maintaining the original hardwood floors and beadboard walls. The eclectic Tybee feel can be seen with the fun pops of color in the bright sunny porches and throughout the interiors of the apartments. The building has received the distinction of being on the National Register.

Combined, the property offers 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 5 kitchens, 5 living rooms and can sleep up to 14. Each of the five apartments' living rooms includes comfortable furnishings, sleeper sofas and wall-mounted TVs. Each apartment has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Ground Floor:
Beachwalk 1 has King Bedroom and a Queen Bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Beachwalk 2 has a King bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Top Floor:
Beachwalk 3 has a Queen bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Beachwalk 4 has a Queen bedroom and 2 twin sleeper sofas in the living room.
Beachwalk 5 has a King bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Beachwalk Shared Amenities: There are two levels of large furnished porches for guests to enjoy the ocean breezes. An enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower is located on the property, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Located in the rear of the building is a laundry room with a free washer and dryer for guests to use during their visit.

Located in the South End of Tybee Island, just five houses from the beach and within two blocks of many restaurants, shops, nightlife, and attractions like the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion and the Tybee Marine Science Center. Beachwalk Apartment house offers parking for up to 6 cars, and many guests will find they never need to move them until the end of their vacation! (Parking spaces are narrow. Oversized vehicles may limit the number of spaces.)

All apartments offer Cable TV and High-speed Wireless Internet/WIFI. Beachwalk is pet friendly. Per the City of Tybee Island, please be advised that no dogs are allowed on any Tybee beaches.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid; the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property. It has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
