Welcome to Bella Tybee! This light-filled house is a calming mid-island retreat where you can relax and unwind. It’s settled on a quiet side street but located within three blocks are four of the best restaurants on Tybee, two ice cream shops, a brewery, a liquor store, two surf shops and a convince store. It is wonderful to walk to dinner after a long day on the beach and not have to think about driving or parking. And the beach is just a quick five minute walk in a quaint neighborhood filled with unique architecture, live oaks and plenty of palms.

On the first floor of this raised house is the main living room which features an oversized sectional that is a wonderful place for family and friends to gather. This spacious room is filled with light and includes a dining table for six. The breakfast bar for two overlooks a modern kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and anything you need to cook or bake. It’s a delight to prepare a meal in this large gathering space as you will still be part of the action. Tucked away in a cozy corner is a game table ready for chess, checkers or even a puzzle as the table’s sides fold out. No need to put away a half done puzzle when you are ready to dine!

A half bath is ideally located outside of the main living area and a generous foyer complete this floor. The foyer includes a workspace with extra outlets for anyone not quite ready to unplug from work. Elevator access is also tremendously helpful when unloading groceries and coolers. Directly off the foyer is a porch with ample seating. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink relaxing in the sea breeze.

A master suite and two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, modern lamps with USB outlets, ceiling fans and televisions. The spacious master has a king size bed and a nook with a love seat that pulls out into a twin bed. Also in the nook is a desk that, with the push of a button, can become a standing desk. It’s an ideal spot for a little quiet work while you look out at the palm trees. The enormous ensuite has a dual vanity with plenty of storage, a soaker tub and an oversized shower with a bench.

Bedroom two has a kingsize bed, beautiful ocean side tables and a large dresser topped with a television. Bedroom three has a queen bed, dresser, tray ceiling and large closet. These rooms share a hall bath with a large vanity—lots of counter space and storage— and a shower/tub combo. The top floor also has a convenient full size laundry and elevator access so you won’t have to lug bags up two flights of stairs.

The bottom floor of this house has a two car garage with a game area. A ping pong table, dart board and ring toss are fun to play while you watch a game on the large television or cook on the gas grill. An enclosed outdoor shower with storage for beach chairs and toys is also located on this level. The shower area has a clothesline for hanging wet items and just inside the back door is a great area to store sandy shoes and hang towels.

Enjoy a bit of respite in this serenely decorated home and those staying five nights or more will enjoy a complimentary gift from a local artist.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid; the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

  • 61+ Days Prior to Arrival, 15% is due at the time of Booking.
  • 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.

Cancellations
  • Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
  • Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
  • Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.

The only issue we had was getting in the garage and the front door handle came off. Tybee Vacation Rental staff were very fast to deliver a garage door opener and fix the door. The staff and maintenance crew were amazing. The house is beautiful and in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was great! It’s close to the beach, and it’s so comfortable. There was plenty of rio. For all of us, and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay here!

Need to make sure you understand the challenges with finding the office at the east part does not show up on gps even after we were sent a pin and the parking is a bit of a drag. With 3 cars need to find the cheapest place to park overnight the 3rd vehicle and very expensive. Spent 3 hours on that which made me sad taking away from our vacation time. Also Garage is challenging. You did at communicating that parking but next time we will ask more questions. If we parked on the street it would have been 48 a day from 8-8 and 3 days that’s a ton. Luckily we discovered the snow cone guy paring for 1/2 the price. Also for night it would have been great if we could drop the ac to at least 68 upstairs Vs 72 locked . We will look to stay again but will surely ask more questions .

Clean property in a quiet neighborhood within a short walk to the beach. Check in was very easy and the property management made sure we had everything we needed for the prefect vacation.
