This Tybee cottage has all the amenities you need for a relaxing trip to the beach. The living area is furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa and has a 47-inch flat-screen TV and DVD. The dining table can seat up to 6, and you can enjoy outdoor dining with a picnic table on the patio. One of the modern touches included is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and a dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker. 2 bedrooms share the full bathroom. The first guest bedroom features a Queen bed and a 37-inch flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom features a Bunk bed with a Double bed on the bottom, a Twin bed on the top, and a 24-inch flat-screen TV and DVD. The full bathroom has a stand-up shower.
Outside amenities include a furnished screened porch on the front of the home, a fenced backyard with a furnished patio with a gas grill, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is complimentary WIFI for your use. Parking for 2.

We felt comfortable and at home! Backyard was perfect for grilling and chilling! Screened in porch was perfect for mornings with coffee! Not far from the beach and within walking distance of tons of places

While we wouldn’t stay here again, the other rentals TVR offer seem a little nicer and we’d probably seek those out for another trip to tybee in the future.

Well situated beach house with the basics for a beach trip to Tybee. We felt safe, the space quiet and private. Some pictures did not quite match the listing, with a heavily overgrown lawn and outdoor areas (shower, front porch) needing a bit of TLC. Inside was comfortable and had all we needed to use the house as our base for a two day beach trip. Loved the little welcome bag upon arrival and the house was right off the bike path making our trips out to breakfast and the beach with young kids easy.

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
