This beachy condo offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms for you and your crew to kick back in your vacation home away from home. With an unbeatable location just steps from sandy shores, you'll have your toes in the sand in no time. Plus, you won't have to venture far to explore the island's best dining, shopping, and entertainment options - they're all within easy walking distance!

The open living area features a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and opens up directly to the furnished patio. Enjoy the island breeze with your morning cup of coffee on your private balcony, which features a grill, outdoor dining for 4, and additional seating. The dining area has seating for 6, with added seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to whip up delicious meals with ease.

Bedroom 1 includes a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, and private access to the balcony. Bedroom 1 also enjoys access to an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 features a twin bed and a flat-screen TV. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Additionally, there is a half bathroom just off of the kitchen.

Brass Rail Villas is a Mediterranean-style gated complex on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, tons of shops, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include two private community pools, a hot tub and a community picnic area.

NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. A 2nd parking spot is available outside of the parking garage for a second and/or larger vehicle. No Smoking in any common areas, including pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): This property does not allow extended stays.

We had never been to Tybee Island, but we loved it. Very laid back and relaxing. Easy walk to the beach. Pools were terrific. My 8 year-old grandson loved the hot tub. Overall, it was a delightful visit and we definitely plan to return. We really liked the condo. Thanks for everything.
