Step outside through the sliding glass door onto your very own private balcony where you can enjoy the warm sea breeze and the wonderful weather of Tybee Island. The fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides everything you need to prepare your favorite vacation meals.
Bedroom 1 features a Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom, which has a shower and tub combination. Bedroom 1 also enjoys direct access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 features a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. It has access to the shared bathroom in the hallway with a shower and tub combination.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, Lighthouse Point is on the Northeastern most point where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene, with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex featuring private beach access, a tennis court, and pickle-ball court, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and Museum and Jaycee Park.
Please note that #33A has two parking spaces; one reserved and one unreserved.

after looking at all the hotels on tybee island I was pretty disapointed with the reviews that i was reading. My wife and six year old daughter were only looking for a two night stay for a wedding that we were going to be at.. I looked for other options and found this vacation rental company with a unit that fit our needs. The check in was great! we arrived after hours and our packet was waiting for us in their night box. The condo unit (19B)is located on the old ft. screven army base on the quiet north shore of tybee. the lighthouse was in walking/ bikeing distance and our unit faced the entrance where the ocean met the savanna river. the unit itself was very clean and nicley decorated. it was a older unit but had modern touches. flat screen tv, washer & dryer, dishwasher, fridge, and furniture. the kitchen needed an updated stove and cabinets, but it had all the nessasary utensils and other items. we had friends that stayed in a hotel on the south end and it was party central. they wished they had rented a unit with us.
