The second floor of All About Tybee has the main living spaces - living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bath. The dining room has table seating for six, and there is a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining and kitchen are open for guests to enjoy conversations during mealtime.
The home's third floor has a spacious bedroom suite with a Queen bed, vaulted ceilings, and a private bathroom with a tile surround shower. The second guest room has a Queen bed with tray ceilings, and the third guestroom is furnished with a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double bed with an additional pull out trundle bed on the bottom. These rooms share a bathroom located in the hallway. There is also a full-size washer and dryer on this floor.
The ground level has a garage with space for 2 cars (Oversized SUV's and trucks may not fit in the garage, and no additional street parking is available within the community.) There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, which is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach! The home is located just 2-3 blocks from Sundae Cafe, Tybee's go-to for fine dining. Bring your bikes, or rent them while you're here. The best way to see all of Tybee is on two wheels!

The property is nice and clean. However, my family and I wouldn’t stay again. We stay at an Airbnb once a month in different areas and we’ve never left a bad review. But man was this place underwhelming. Parking was a headache. We have a SUV and we couldnt fit properly in the garage so we had to leave our car on the street which quickly became very narrow because every other guest on the street did the same. The elevator did not work and we weren’t informed about this ahead of time. The master bedroom mattress was the worst thing I have ever slept on. It would have been better to sleep on the street. The master bathroom toilet wasn’t properly functioning which is a headache. Yes, they tell you to bring your own seasonings, shampoos, etc but that was just so annoying. Having to remember to pack up our whole kitchen and bathrooms from home to bring seems so insane considering we spent almost 2000.00 to stay there for 3.5 days.

We really liked our beach house, exactly as described. The elevator was very helpful for my parents. The only concern we had was low water pressure throughout the house including showers and toilets.
