We say this a lot, but this time we mean it - this is our favorite airbnb we’ve stayed in! The neighborhood is so cool (go to Sea Wolf), the house was gorgeous, and the tidal creek behind the house is incredible. If you like to fish, you will have a blast.

- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
