Enjoy your stay at this one-bedroom, one-bath condo that has a great view of the community pool and the Savannah River, located at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club on the quiet North end of Tybee. Great vacation spot, only a few short steps from the pool and beach!
The open living area features a Queen sleeper sofa, a 40-inch Smart TV, table seating for 4, and access to the private balcony with a table for 2. The fully equipped kitchen even includes a full-size dishwasher. Rest and Relax and get a perfect night's sleep in the all-new, remodeled, and redecorated bedroom that has a King-size bed. The bedroom also has a large 40-inch smart tv. The updated full bathroom has an all-new vanity and a tub and shower combination.
This unit will sleep up to 4 guests. Enjoy the wonderful views of the bay, ships, and shrimp boats from your private balcony. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant, handicap bar in the shower). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a gate pass and a parking pass at check-in.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach & Racquet Club office, community grills, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
