This coastal condo features two bedrooms, each of which is outfitted with queen-sized beds and flat-screen TVs. They share access to a jack-and-jill bathroom, which is where the in-unit washer and dryer are located.
Step outside to your private, fenced courtyard, the perfect spot to soak up the island breeze and enjoy Tybee's beautiful weather in peace and serenity. The patio features a table for eating for 4, as well as an umbrella for extra shade.
Located just a block from the Tybee Island Pier and beach, this condo is in a great location for experiencing the best that Tybee has to offer! Stroll along the sandy beach, soak up the sun, and dip your toes in the refreshing ocean water. Enjoy Tybee's nightlife along with plenty of local restaurants and shops just a short walk away!
PARKING: There is no off-street for this property. You will need to park on Butler Avenue or 15th Street and pay to park ($4/hr., 8am-8pm, 7 day a week). To pay for parking you must have the ParkTYB app on your mobile phone.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, and dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed on any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

There is no parking space, so you must pay $4 hr/ 8a-8p everyday and the adjacent daiquiri bar music could be heard through the walls everyday from mid afternoon through 8 or 9 pm. Good location to boardwalk, bars, beach, restaurants.

It was great for a couple days. However $42 a day to park and not knowing where you’ll be parking if you leave would be expensive if staying for a week. Also the entry was a little over grown but very private. There isn’t a hose or anything to wash off after being on the beach. This made for a lot of sweeping. It’s not for us but still a good place for short stays.
