The first has a King bed and TV with cable. The guest bedroom has a single bed with a trundle. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The upstairs owners are happy to share the private pool and patio area in the backyard. Guests are welcome to use the gas grill.
This property is ideal for small families or couples looking for a laid-back getaway off the beaten track with an easy walk to the beach. There is no land line phone available. Handicap friendly (ground level unit, not ADA compliant). Parking available for 1 vehicle.
Please Note: Tybreeza A occupies part of the ground level of this cottage. There is a 1 bedroom apartment next door, Tybreeza B. Given the age of the building you may be able to hear some sound if the other apartment is occupied during your stay.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. Pros… close and easy walk to the beautiful beach, and the very nice owner lives upstairs and gave us a second parking spot and use of her beach chairs. Cons… no linens for trundle or pull out couch, no window in master bedroom, a little tired and in need of update, mnmgt company requires using non AirBnB system to access property details (very clunky), no hot water (assume that is fixed now)…. too much $$ considering all of this.

Take more towels we didn't have enough for 6 guests. Also a little warm at 78 in the house with ac on. Would have liked to be able to drop the AC down to at least 72.
