Brass Rail Villas is a Mediterranean-style gated complex on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, tons of shops, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include two private community pools, a hot tub and a community picnic area.
NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. No Smoking in any common areas, including pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): This property does not allow extended stays.

The walk to the beach is a bit further than described. Also make clear that even though the condos are pet friendly the beaches are VERY dog unfriendly. Probably won’t be back to Tybee bc of this not bc of the condo which was lovely.

We only live an hour away so we stay at Tybee every year and have found some places that we consider "repeat" places to come back to. This is one of them! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and so well decorated. It was so close to everything especially the beach. If you plan to stay in and cook the kitchen is very spacious and nice but the pots, pans, and cookware could need an update. We will be back!
