Indulge in comfort and leisure in the inviting living area boasting a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, and a small dining space. Step outside onto your private balcony with seating and take in the views of the Savannah River, where you'll see cargo ships, dolphins, and more. The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you need as it features a stove, oven, air fryer, crockpot, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, and coffee maker.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a Smart TV and there are additional hallway accommodations with a built-in, twin-sized bunk bed.
It is located on the quiet north of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. The condo complex features private beach access, a 14`x20' pool with 9' depth and a 10`x10` kiddie pool with 2' depth, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access, community grills, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building. This unit sleeps up to 6 guests.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid. The amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. - 61+ Days Prior to Arrival, 15% is due at the time of Booking.
- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
