The house was beautiful and laid out well for large groups. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of silverware! The pool was also wonderful and we loved the variety of outdoor spaces and porches to hang out in. The issue we had with the house was the smell. There was a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathrooms. Maintenance informed us it was because there was a king tide and there was nothing they could do about it. They did provide a can of air freshener. The smell overtook the entire house and was especially bad in the master bedroom because the bathroom was in the room. We made the best of it and kept the windows open with all the fans on but for what it costs to rent this home it was a bummer. I guess if you are renting it consider looking at the tide charts first?

I would tell them about the roominess. It was plenty big for our family vacation. I would tell them that the pool is the highlight of the house. We spent many hours in it.
