The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and has a breakfast counter with bar seating for 2, and the dining area has seating for 6. The nautical theme will make you feel at right at home while on vacation.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and has a Flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV, making this a great option for families. Both bedrooms offer ROKU streaming service. Log in to your favorite streaming account through this service. WIFI internet is available. There is a full bath in the hall with a tub and shower combination, and a laundry closet with washer and dryer.
This condo is a convenient and affordable place to call home for your Tybee vacation! Guests will enjoy 2 covered parking spaces.
Wireless high-speed internet is available for guest use.
NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space - especially during peak/high seasons. This condo is located on the 2nd-floor, there is no elevator, must climb 2 flights of stairs.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. Advertisement says there are 2 parking places and it only fits 1 car we paid additional 150 for parking. Would rent from them again just not this condo. Very cramped space and 3rd floor condo.

Great place, convenient to the beach. Kitchen wasn’t fully stocked and the bathroom faucets didn’t work well. A beautiful place though and we enjoyed our stay!

The condo was just like the pictures. Very clean and accommodating. We were happy with the condo and all it offered. The short walk to the beach was just as it states 2 minutes. Perfect with kids even though we rented a golf cart, which made getting around on the island even easier.

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
