Description
Prepare to be welcomed by the open floor plan that features a spacious living and dining area. The living area, which opens up to the expansive furnished balcony, features a large flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa. The dining table has seating for 6, with 4 additional stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and features all stainless appliances and granite countertops. The private balcony is a highlight of this coastal condo with ample lounge seating, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining table with seating for 6.
Bedroom 1 includes a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony for added luxury. Bedroom 1 also enjoys access to an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 has two twin-sized beds and a flat-screen TV. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Additionally, there is a half bathroom just off of the kitchen.
Brass Rail Villas is a Mediterranean-style gated complex on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, tons of shops, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include two private community pools, a hot tub and a community picnic area.
NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. No Smoking in any common areas, including pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly.

This was our first visit to Tybee and it definitely won’t be our last. We loved everything about Brass Rail 315! The location was perfect. We walked everywhere. We were close to restaurants, the grocery store, shops and of course the beach. The covered parking was nice and the fact that the elevator was located directly beside our parking space made it convenient to carry our luggage in. The table on the balcony was wonderful. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the large tv was nice to relax and watch a movie after a long day. Our only complaint would be that we did keep finding dog hair on the furniture, Towels and bed sheets. That didn’t bother us too much considering we knew that it is a pet friendly rental but may be something to consider if pet hair does bother you. Overall we had a wonderful stay and hope to be able to go back next year with our kids! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!
