Experience the best of Tybee Island at Brass Rail 315! This 3-bed, 2.5-bath coastal condo on the third floor is perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and Tybee Pier. Plus, it's just 30 yards from the beach! Relax on your private balcony and soak up the sea breeze while you enjoy some much-needed rest and relaxation on Tybee Time.

Prepare to be welcomed by the open floor plan that features a spacious living and dining area. The living area, which opens up to the expansive furnished balcony, features a large flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa. The dining table has seating for 6, with 4 additional stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and features all stainless appliances and granite countertops. The private balcony is a highlight of this coastal condo with ample lounge seating, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining table with seating for 6.

Bedroom 1 includes a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony for added luxury. Bedroom 1 also enjoys access to an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 has two twin-sized beds and a flat-screen TV. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Additionally, there is a half bathroom just off of the kitchen.

Brass Rail Villas is a Mediterranean-style gated complex on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, tons of shops, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include two private community pools, a hot tub and a community picnic area.

NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. No Smoking in any common areas, including pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): This property does not allow extended stays.

Deposits
  • 61+ Days Prior to Arrival, 15% is due at the time of Booking.
  • 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
  • Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
  • Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
  • Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
  • Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.

For the most part it was a satisfying vacation rental, but here are my main qualms with the unit: Various parts of the unit need maintenance: - main bedroom bug door - toilet seat broken but still usable - potential pipe leak above the shower of the main bedroom - vacuum failed to pick things up like sand Otherwise it served its intended purpose and it was clean upon arrival. Tybee island itself doesn’t have that much to do, and if you want quality restaurants should definitely drive to Savannah. The beach wasn’t crowded but it wasn’t private.
