The open living area is located on the second level and features plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access. The dining area is a great place to share a meal with your whole vacation crew, reminiscing on the day's island adventures. The updated, fully-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances and ample counter space, making meal prep a breeze! Additionally, there is a half bath located near the living area.
Moving up to the third level, you'll find Bedroom 1, which offers a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and the luxury of its own private ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower for your convenience. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a twin/full bunk bed and a Smart TV, while Bedroom 3 features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a Smart TV as well. On this level, there is a shared full bathroom with a combination shower and tub.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

I recently had the pleasure of renting this house for my family vacation, and overall, it was a great experience. The house met all of our needs and provided a comfortable stay. However, I think some things need updating. Parking is tight! You really only have one spot in front of the house and one spot in the garage. The garage is facing the neighbor’s garage and there’s a shared driveway so there’s potential you get blocked in. Everyone in the cul-de-sac was very nice. We had a few maintenance issues pop up when we arrived and TVR answered the phone and had a tech over in less than 30 minutes. TVR’s staff is so kind, very responsive, and super efficient. Despite these minor issues, I must emphasize that the house itself was spacious and well-maintained. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and proximity to the beach! I would definitely recommend this rental house for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay especially families!

- 61+ Days Prior to Arrival, 15% is due at the time of Booking.
- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
