The contemporary kitchen has been updated and features stainless steel appliances and includes a dishwasher, 2 burner stove top, a small combined convection oven and microwave, a small refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker, and also features a Margaritaville Margarita Machine.
The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. Traveling with kids? This unit has 2 built-in bunk-style youth beds in the hall - perfect for your little ones. This condo can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children (there is no sleeper, there is an inflatable Queen bed for flexible sleeping options. The bunks in the hall are youth size so the 2 adult max is strict).
Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach & Racquet Club office, community grills, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building (there is no washer/dryer inside this condo).
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

The hall bunk is great for kids! The North side of the island is amazing. Few waves, very few people, and very clean. Only minutes away from shops and restaurants.

Also, we thought the B202 was nicely decorated and we liked the setup. - Overall, it was not a deal breaker or ruin our trip whatsoever, however, I would not describe this unit as exactly being super kid friendly for little kids. For example, something minor but all dishes were glass/stoneware. Also, something that I think could improve the unit - fix the squeaky bed frame in the master bedroom, anti-slip mat in the bath tub, and a towel rack in the bathroom. In addition, probably something out of your control, but I wish there was a wash off station when returning from the beach to wash off sand.
