The open plan condo features a comfortable living area with a flat-screen TV, table seating for 4. Enjoy views of the bay, ships, and shrimp boats from your private balcony. Watch dolphins play in the Savannah River and stroll the shore collecting seashells.
The contemporary kitchen has been updated and features stainless steel appliances and includes a dishwasher, 2 burner stove top, a small combined convection oven and microwave, a small refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker, and also features a Margaritaville Margarita Machine.
The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. Traveling with kids? This unit has 2 built-in bunk-style youth beds in the hall - perfect for your little ones. This condo can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children (there is no sleeper, there is an inflatable Queen bed for flexible sleeping options. The bunks in the hall are youth size so the 2 adult max is strict).
Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.

Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach & Racquet Club office, community grills, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building (there is no washer/dryer inside this condo).
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. - 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
