Tybee Straits is located on a private lane with a private boardwalk to the beach. You are also conveniently located just 1/2 block from the Tybee Market for any grocery needs and only 2.5 blocks from the start of the South End business district which offers shops, dining, and nightlife.
The ground level of the home has a guest bedroom with two queens and another furnished with a king. Both bedrooms are furnished with 32in flat-screen TVs and there is a full bath located on the floor along with a laundry area with full-sized washer and dryer. The next level offers an open floor plan kitchen, living, and dining area which opens onto a nice sized screened porch. The kitchen has been updated and offers bar seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Keurig coffee maker for easy brewing. The dining area table can seat 6. The living area is comfortably furnished and includes a queen sleeper sofa and a 52in flat-screen TV and BluRay player. November 2015 Stay
This was a beautiful setting for our family Thanksgiving celebration. The house was very nice and roomy. It was clean, updated and worked well for us. We loved the screened porch and easy access to the beach. TVR was easy to work with and very accomodating. This house was very clean and spacious! The accommodations were great and up to date. There was an AC problem at one point and it was taken care of right away.
