Inside, the living room is comfortably furnished and has historic features, like the decorative brick fireplace. The updated kitchen offers stainless appliances and an eat-in dining space with seating for 4. Through the kitchen, there is backyard access where you can lounge to your heart's content.
After a day of adventure in the city, retreat back to one of several comfortable bedrooms for a good night's rest. Bedroom 1 offers a king-sized bed, Smart TV, and offers direct access to a shared full bathroom. Bedroom 2 offers a king-sized bed and a Smart TV. Bedroom 3 offers a queen-sized bed and a Smart TV. Located 20 minutes away on beautiful Tybee Island.
Only street parking is available.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property and dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid; the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property. It has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a complete list of terms and policies.

Adorable house, beautifully decorated, and immaculately, clean! Within walking distance to most things and a quick Uber to to the river area. We walked it and it wasn't bad at all and lots of cool things to see along the way. You won't be disappointed. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

There is no onsite parking, only street parking and that you need to pay attention to the street signs as they do street cleaning on certain days. The welcome packet was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

- 61+ Days Prior to Arrival, 15% is due at the time of Booking.
- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation for 72 hours after booking if trip is more than 15 days away. After that time any payments made are non-refundable, unless the property is re-rented at full rental rate. See Rental Agreement for full policy.
