Description
Brass Rail Condos are a Mediterranean-style gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Brass Rail 108 is located only 30 yards from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier, and more. Community amenities include a private community pool, hot tub a community picnic area.
Brass Rail 108 is a first-floor, corner unit featuring a large private patio with a covered seating area and lots of extra space for enjoying the Tybee sunshine. The large living area features a sleeper sofa, and a 65 inch Smart TV, and opens to the outdoor covered patio. The patio is nicely furnished with a gas grill and outdoor lounge seating.
The open floor plan includes a dining table for 6 and a pass-through to the fully equipped kitchen. Find all you need with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy entertaining guests and cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen. There are a full-size washer and dryer and a half bath in the hall.
The spacious primary bedroom includes a King size bed, a 42 inch TV, and an attached bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a separate walk-in shower. The two guest rooms share a full bath in the hall. The first guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, the second has a Queen size bed and a Twin bed. Both bedrooms have a 40 inch TV. There is a guest half bath just off the kitchen.
Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator. Parking height clearance is 7ft. Wireless internet is available for guest convenience.
NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking is available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.
