Brass Rail 209 is located in a Mediterranean style luxury condo community on the south end of Tybee Island in a gated community, just 30 yards to the main beach. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the Tybee Pier and more! Community amenities include a private community pool, an outdoor hot tub that is heated year-round, and a community picnic area.

Brass Rail 209 offers guests a premium vacation experience offering bamboo floors, ceramic tile, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless appliances in the kitchen. In the living room, there is a 46-inch flat-screen TV with a wireless BluRay player which is NetFlix capable to enjoy streaming movies. Additionally, there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area for extra sleeping arrangements. Located right off the living area is your nicely furnished pool view balcony; great for relaxation.

The spacious master suite has a King-sized bed with a 37-inch flat-screen TV, DVD player, balcony access, and an attached master bath with a separate shower and whirlpool tub. One guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen and a set of Twin Bunks. The second guest bedroom has a Queen; both bedrooms are furnished with flat-screen TVs. There is a full bath in the hall that the guest bedrooms share along with an additional half bath. Guests enjoy added conveniences such as elevator, in-unit washer and dryer, security gate entry, and covered garage parking for 2 vehicles.

NOTE: Parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (28+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. We booked at one property where the owners decided they were going to use our booked weekend to do repairs. Tybee Vacation Rentals went above and beyond to relocate us so we could still enjoy our weekend. Not only that, we got an extra night comped and they gave us $100 in gift cards to Pier 16, which was amazing. We are so grateful for the effort Tybee Vacation Rentals put in to make our stay amazing. We will definitely be booking with them again.

It’s very nice. Location is perfect you can walk to everything from food, shopping, beach and to the Pier. The condo has beach items for you to use. I would recommend this condo. We will be back for sure!

Pirate Festival October 2016 Stay

We absolutely loved Brass Rail 209! Beautifully decorated, plenty of room, very clean, walking distance! Our whole family has been booking with TVR for several years now and absolutely love them! Due to hurricane Matthew it messed up our yearly pirate fest stay but with all that was going on TVR still worked with us and got us re booked just in time for the rescheduled dates! And we couldn't be more thankful! Such a great stay and experience! Can't wait for next year's pirate festival dates so we can rebook! We recommend TVR to everyone we know! Thank you TVR for such a wonderful stay and making us feel right at home!
