The open floor plan includes a large living area with a sleeper sofa and features a 50-inch Smart-TV. The dining table welcomes family dinners and more with seating for 6. The pass-through breakfast bar has 3 barstools. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances and includes everything you need to take on your favorite meals while away from home.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a 40-inch TV and DVD player and French doors that lead to the balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The attached primary bath has a separate walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. The two guest bedrooms share a second full bath. The first guest room has a King-size bed, and the second Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and a TV with a DVD player. There is a guest powder room adjacent to the living area as well.
Brass Rail Condos are Mediterranean-style gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Brass Rail 306 is located only 50 yards from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier, and more. Community amenities include a private community pool, hot tub a community picnic area.
Private, secured parking for 2 vehicles below the building. This condo has a gated entry and an elevator for guest use. This home is Pet-Friendly, for an additional fee. Please note: Pets should be leashed at all times and cleaned up after. Use the designated dog walk area behind the building closest to the Butler Avenue gate.
Parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): This property does not allow extended stays.

Brass Rails 306 was a decent place to rent. Location of walk to beach, pier, and shops was wonderful. Kitchen was stocked okay, large frying pan not level but had most of what we needed. Master bed was comfortable. First king bed could use a pillow topper due to quite hard. Double queen beds were okay. We enjoyed our stay and would book again through Tybee Vacation Rentals. They were timely in their info regarding rental and very responsive to any problems.

Have so much fun. Hopefully they fix the broken gate soon...the 1 way in and 1 way out kind of created a mess.

We loved Brass Rail 306
Our family loved our time at Brass Rail 306. The unit was spacious for our group of 6 and very clean upon our arrival. The partial ocean view from the balcony was good. We enjoyed seeing the ocean and the large ships. Even though the condos are in a busy area, on weekdays the balcony was quiet. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The unit was a very short walk to the beach. Tybee Vacations Rentals responded quickly to our issue with dryer repair and made check in and check out easy. We highly recommend this unit for a family vacation.

- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
