Brass Rail Condos are a Mediterranean-style gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Brass Rail 108 is located only 30 yards from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier, and more. Community amenities include a private community pool, hot tub a community picnic area.

Brass Rail 108 is a first-floor, corner unit featuring a large private patio with a covered seating area and lots of extra space for enjoying the Tybee sunshine. The large living area features a sleeper sofa, and a 65 inch Smart TV, and opens to the outdoor covered patio. The patio is nicely furnished with a gas grill and outdoor lounge seating.

The open floor plan includes a dining table for 6 and a pass-through to the fully equipped kitchen. Find all you need with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy entertaining guests and cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen. There are a full-size washer and dryer and a half bath in the hall.

The spacious primary bedroom includes a King size bed, a 42 inch TV, and an attached bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a separate walk-in shower. The two guest rooms share a full bath in the hall. The first guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, the second has a Queen size bed and a Twin bed. Both bedrooms have a 40 inch TV. There is a guest half bath just off the kitchen.

Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator. Parking height clearance is 7ft. Wireless internet is available for guest convenience.

NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking is available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

I really like this condo. This is my second time staying in this unit. However, I am VERY disappointed with TVR and Brass Rail home owners association about the service of the elevator. I just had surgery on my Achilles heel and came here to recover. Since I have been to this property several times, I knew what to expect based on my pervious experiences. However, the elevator was broken the entire two weeks of my stay. I had to crawl up and down the stairs anytime I wanted to leave. My 80 year old parents had to carry my knee scooter up and down the stairs every time I wanted to leave the condo. I brought them with me to help me get around by car and cook for me. I truly understand things happen, but this is a very big thing. I don't know what I would have done if I was bound to a wheelchair, or if I rented the unit on the top floor. I'm also disappointed with the HOA as they have 10 elevators on this property and can't get someone to fix the issue quicker (and as I was told by an employee of TVR, Brass Rail has another elevator that hasn't worked for weeks). I know I signed a disclosure statement about some things not being as advertised, but this is a BIG thing. Now I will also say, I had an issue with the kitchen sink and less than an hour after I called about this issue, TVR was at the condo and fixed this issue quickly. I greatly appreciated this as the sink clogged over the weekend and wasn't deemed an "emergency" but was starting to smell throughout the condo. I do believe I should be compensated for the issue with the elevator. In my opinion, this is a large issue that should have been resolved within the two weeks of my stay.

Spacious and comfortable. Large Veranda with plenty of seating. Great location to pools, beach, restaurants, daiquiris and ice cream! Two parking spaces for 3 bedrooms was a bit of a challenge, but grateful to have 2 spaces in the garage - free from weather -- especially the hot, baking sun! Book with Tybee Vacation Rentals -- customer service is great. And that's hard to come by these days.

Wonderful place to stay! Everything within walking distances. The Breakfast Club is literally around the corner. Beach access is very close. Nicely decorated spacious condo with modern appliances and amenities. Private patio and partial covered with grill bonus. Covered parking and elevator was great. Self check in and out quick and easy. We love Tybee Island
