Summer Winds 528 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with partial views of the ocean from the L-shaped corner balcony. This condo is located in the Summer Winds Building, just one building back from the beach, at the Beachside Colony Resort condominium complex. Enjoy two community pools, direct beach access, and an on-site restaurant "The Deck" featuring unique coastal cuisine. The condo is located right across the street from Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the YMCA, and the Library. This great mid-island location is within a short walk of several popular restaurants.
This condo is nicely furnished and has all you need to feel right at home. The living area has comfortable seating, an HD TV, and access to the covered balcony. The dining table seats 5 with 4 additional stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washer and dryer for guest use.
Enjoy comfortable beds that accommodate traveling couples or a small family nicely. The primary Bedroorm is furnished with a King size bed and a TV and has access to the balcony with ocean views. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and a whirlpool tub. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and Bedroom 3 is furnished with 2 Twin bunks to accommodate up to 4 guests. Each guest bedroom has a TV and share a guest bathroom with a tub and shower combination
This condo has Wireless Internet for guest use. There`s a covered carport with parking for 2 cars, end to end. As a guest enhancement, the covered parking area comes equipped with an Electric Vehicle (EV) car charger.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings
PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. great place
We stayed here for 4 days. view was amazing and walking distance to the beach. This condo was very nice place. It also has a gated parking lot for your car. Great place all around. Picture is one I took from the room.
