The professionally decorated living area has a large flat-screen Smart TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. The contemporary design includes an open floor plan with balcony access. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with seating for 3. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stacked washer and dryer for guest use. The view from the attached balcony looks out to the ocean from the side of the building.

The Primary suite has an attached bath with an all-new walk-in shower and a flat-screen TV. The primary bedroom also opens to the balcony which connects to the living area balcony as well. Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
