This condo has been recently updated by a professional designer and offers a nicely appointed condo with guest's comfort in mind. The professionally decorated living area has a large flat-screen Smart TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. The contemporary design includes an open floor plan with balcony access. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with seating for 3. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stacked washer and dryer for guest use. The view from the attached balcony looks out to the ocean from the side of the building.
The Primary suite has an attached bath with an all-new walk-in shower and a flat-screen TV. The primary bedroom also opens to the balcony which connects to the living area balcony as well. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower combination. The 1st guest room has a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. the second guest bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds and a flat-screen TV.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

TVR responsiveness was actually very good, but it's the fact that they were unable to coordinate a simple freon recharge procedure the same day I reported our AC being broken was disappointing. Our first 2 of 4 nights, we slept comfortably with the AC keeping up with the 72 degrees it was set at. The 3rd night, it did not keep up, and we tossed and turned in 78 degree high humidity. There should be regular maintenance happening where freon levels are checked before they run out. But if they do run out, they should fix it the same day. They did not, though. They brought 2 box fans and a portable AC unit which was a good gesture, but the temperature still only got down to 77 our 4th night.

This condo is wonderful. It was very clean and had everything that you could possibly need (very well stocked). Check-in & check-out was a breeze. Tybee Vacation Rentals do a great job of giving you all of the information that you need in your guest portal. The condo was in a great location. If ever back in Tybee I would stay here again!

The shower broke while we were there, and we had to spend a night with no water which was quite disruptive. I’m not convinced the shower was effectively repaired so I wouldn’t return to this particular condo.
