Located in the Gull-Reef building of Tybee's Beachside Colony, Gull Reef 633 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo which features a partial side ocean view from the private balcony. Wake up with coffee on the balcony or wind down the evening and witness the colors of the sunset in the fresh air on the balcony. Enjoy all the benefits of resort-style living with beach access just steps from the pool deck. Beachside Colony Resort has three small swimming pools including one heated pool (Tybee’s only heated pool). The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA and a popular beachfront restaurant and lounge with complimentary WIFI internet access.

The open living and dining area is warm and inviting. The tastefully decorated living area has a large flat screen smart TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. The contemporary design includes an open floor plan with balcony access. The dining area has a dining table with seating for 4 and a breakfast bar with seating for 6. The kitchen has also been updated with all new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped along with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master suite is furnished with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony and an attached bath. The all-new master bathroom is appointed with dual vanity sinks and a large custom tile shower. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed and one with 2 Twin Beds. Each room includes a flat-screen TV. There is WIFI internet access is available for guest use in this condo. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles. NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.

* Beachside Colony Condominiums is planning an improvement project to build an all-new pool and pool deck beginning in October 2021. During the construction, the pools will be closed, and equipment will be onsite in order to improve the pools for future guests. Given the possibility guests may be inconvenienced by the construction project including the lack of pool availability and noise during their stay - rates have now been discounted.
Work is expected to continue through May 2022.

Perfect for Families
This condo is clean, nicely decorated and well maintained. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans and even a crock pot. There is an iron and ironing board in the master bedroom closet. There were not any seasonings or dishwasher detergent, so plan to bring all those things. Each bedroom had a closet with plenty of hangers for unpacking and settling in. The TV's were big and easy to use. Wi-fi and access codes worked well. The Beachside Colony Resort property was clean and had great access to the beach along with a shower to rinse sand off before going into the pool area. Because we had a luggage carrier on our vehicle, we chose no to park in the garage, there was ample parking the whole time we were there. One thing we noticed was that there were several beach chairs stacked near a dumpster, likely chairs that prior guests left behind. We had our own, but you could check these out before renting chairs on the beach. I wish there had been abandoned boogie boards as the waves were perfect for boogie boarding. The beach was busy, but not over crowded. This property was perfect for our two families with kids from 4-20.
