Current Situation: peaceful, tranquil, and happy! Welcome home to a quiet and peaceful setting located in a mid-island, creekside setting. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. It is a great place to relax and unwind as it is right on the marsh and has an in-ground swimming pool to soak your cares away. Watch the creek flow and the marsh-grass grow, cast a line in the creek and take in the fresh marsh air.

This lovely home is located in a very quiet, residential neighborhood on Tybee's Horsepen Creek, which is a waterway tucked away from the more crowded beach neighborhoods. The home welcomes you with a coastal, casual style. The large living spaces have everything you need to make this house your home. The open floor plan living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen is open to the dining area that has seating for 8 at the table. The kitchen is fully equipped and features all stainless appliances and has a breakfast bar with seating for 2.

The main bedroom retreat offers views of the creek and marsh outside through the large windows. Inside, the bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and has a Smart TV. The spa-like primary bathroom includes a whirlpool tub and separate walk-in shower and his and hers sinks. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen size bed and a Smart TV, and Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and a Smart TV. The shared guest bathroom in the hall has a tub and shower combination.

Enjoy the marsh breeze from the screened-in second-level porch. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The home has a great outdoor pool and patio area perfect for lounging in the Tybee sun. Enjoy entertaining at the covered outdoor patio complete with a tiki bar, charcoal grill, and picnic table. Challenge your friends to outdoor games including corn hole, and ping pong. There is a cabana bath and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach and the backyard.

This quiet neighborhood is located about 1 mile away from the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and North Beach public beach access. Bike rentals and golf cart rentals are just a few blocks away on Hwy 80. This home has WiFi Access and parking for 2 vehicles.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Perfection!
We loved our stay at Current Situation!! The setting is so peaceful and quiet. The home is well maintained and has everything you need. The pool is so refreshing on those hot August days. The pictures on the website show a hot tub, but it is not in use at the moment - Didn’t bother us one bit. It is so close to everything on Tybee and just a short drive to Savannah. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle. Is was a perfect vacation!! We will stay here again!!
