As you approach Breakfast Club House, you'll be greeted by a charming screened-in front porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail. Inside, cozy seating on a sleeper sofa and a spacious flat-screen TV await in the living room. Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with countertop seating for 3 and a dining area with seating for 6. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, each featuring a king-sized bed as well as a flat-screen TV. They both have access to the shared full bathroom, which has a walk-in shower. Head upstairs to find the primary bedroom with its king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. And don't forget the outdoor oasis waiting for you on the back deck, complete with seating for six and an umbrella table - the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Tybee Island weather.

Each property features an in-unit washer and dryer. There are two parking spaces in front of the Breakfast Club House, otherwise, all street parking is pay-to-park while on Tybee.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed on any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
