This condo is about 75 yards from the main beach and within easy walking distance to the Tybee pier, restaurants, and shopping. Shared outside shower great for rinsing off the sand after a swim or stroll along the beach. Perfect location for Tybee’s fireworks shows and numerous special events like the Pirate Fest and Festival of the Arts. Assigned covered parking for 2 vehicles.

This condo is pet-friendly with an additional fee. SPECIAL NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak /high seasons. Must climb stairs (No Elevator) – Unit is on 1st floor with garage parking on the ground level underneath.
