Located on Lazaretto Creek, Bubba Gumbo's is a purveyor of fine seafood from the esteemed Chef Gordon Card.

Bubba Gumbo's re-opened it's doors in 2015 and is located on the docks of Tybee Island Marina. Since then, owner Caitlin Burns along with Chef Gordon Card have been serving both quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food.

Bubba Gumbo's interior is charming and historic, The building, built in the 1940's reflects the hip sensibilities of the owner, Caitlin's, taste. while also paying tribute to old Tybee's storied past. The indoor-outdoor dining area offers the choice to observe wildlife ththrough the lens of our marsh bar, or hang out in the atmospheric dining room.
