Who doesn’t love waking up on vacation and going to get a delicious breakfast or even a later brunch option?  From bacon to eggs and more Tybee Island has a few amazing restaurants to help you satisfy your morning hunger. And finding them is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. The Breakfast Club

One of the great places to enjoy a scrumptious breakfast on the island is The Breakfast Club. Located on the corner of Butler and 15th Street, they are open 7 days a week from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m. They have everything from eggs, handmade sausages, omelets, breakfast burritos, home fries, grits, cinnamon raisin French toast, and even a hamburger titled the “Chicago Bear Burger”. Everything on their extensive menu is made to order. The Breakfast Club also offers a children’s menu that will please even the most “refined” taste buds. The meals are presented in a very fun kid-friendly way. It is a well-known local restaurant and has been voted ” Best Breakfast on Tybee” on numerous occasions.

2. Sunrise Restaurant

Looking for a more all-you-can-eat breakfast restaurant then check out Sunrise Restaurant. There are three locations, Savannah, Wilmington, and Tybee. Tybee’s location is at 1511 Butler Avenue and is open from 6 am - 2 pm, 7 days a week, and offers a breakfast buffet and brunch only on the weekends, with a regular menu during the week. Locals state that “the omelets are the specialty of the house!”  But they also offer a great lineup of all-American Southern Classic meals such as shrimp and grits, hash brown deluxe, B.E.L.T (bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato), chicken and Belgian waffles, numerous omelets, and more. They also offer a children’s menu and even vegetarian options.

3. Tybean Coffee & Art 

Need some coffee to start your day off right?  Stop by Tybean Coffee & Art! One of the baristas will whip up all of your favorite espresso drinks, cold brews, or even a frappe. They also serve smoothies made with 100% crushed fruit and veggies. Choose a hot drink or a cold one and grab one of their homemade pastries, scones, or muffins for the road. They are located in Shops at Tybee Oaks: 1213 US Hwy 80 East. You can visit them 7 days a week from 8 am- 5 pm. They have been named ” Best coffee on Tybee Island” by locals and visitors alike.
