We offer a selection of three (3) bedroom, two and a half (2.5) bathroom Mediterranean style luxury condos at the Brass Rail Community on the south end of Tybee Island. These spacious condos were built between 2005-2007 and feature upgraded finishes and appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, whirlpool tubs and separate showers in the master bath. These condos are an easy walk to the main beach, Tybee Pier, shops, restaurants, and bars. Amenities include two private pools, elevators, and a community picnic area. All Brass Rail Condominiums have a private balcony. Condo 108 has a large patio/sun deck that overlook the pool and offers private gas grills.
