Wild Palms is a beautiful home in a quiet island neighborhood, located within a short distance of Tybee's Jaycee Park. Take a dip in the afternoon in the large, heated, private pool, and enjoy the spacious backyard, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! Stylish furnishings, large decks, and a wonderfully landscaped courtyard surrounding the pool.
As with many Tybee homes, the home is built off the ground, with the main entrance on the second level of the home. Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with an open floor plan with a large living area that offers a Queen-size sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen and dining area are perfect for entertaining guests and hosting family meals at the table. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. Enjoy a casual outdoor living space on the screened porch, located on the front of the house, just off the living room. This is a perfect place to enjoy the Tybee Breezes in the evenings.
The main level bedrooms include a bedroom with a King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom on this floor is furnished with a Queen Size Bed and a TV. Just off the hall is a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Both bedrooms on this level have access to a balcony overlooking the large backyard and pool area.
The top floor of the home includes a bedroom with a King size bed and a TV, and access to an outdoor balcony from the bedroom. The attached bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The second guest bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds with TV and an attached bathroom, perfect for kids.
Wild Palms is located about 1/2 a mile, 11 minutes walk from the nearest beach access, in a quiet neighborhood. Many extras...DVD and video collection, games, WIFI, books, and more. Walking distance to Jaycee Park, restaurants, and shopping. The closest beach access is approximately 1/2 mile from home. Parking for 4. This home is not pet-friendly.
Guests may choose the option of adding pool heat to their reservation for an additional $25.00 per day for the length of the reservation. (Not available in January and February).
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

Is this pool heated?
Answer:
Yes, pool heat is available for an additional charge. Pool heat is not available January & February. The temperature of swimming pools varies and highly depends on the current day and night temperatures and wind. Therefore, we can not guarantee or promise a certain pool temperature during the time of guest stay. On average, pools will can get roughly 10 degrees warmer than outside temperatures.
