Village Place 6B is a three-story townhouse located in a quiet mid-island setting. Guests will enjoy the great in-home features, such as all stainless appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen, hardwood floors in the living areas, and lots of windows to let in natural light. In addition, there is a game room in the garage with ping pong and darts (photos coming soon) and an in-home elevator to make the home more accessible for guests.
The main level of the home, located on the second floor and features an entry foyer with a small desk, a half bath, and an open floor plan design for the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa and a 42-inch flat-screen TV. The dining table seats 6 with two seats at the large breakfast bar that opens to the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and features all stainless appliances and everything you need to bring families to the table during your stay.
The home's top level has a spacious master suite with a king bed and twin sleeper sofa, 32-inch flat-screen TV, vanity, high ceilings, and an attached bath with a large walk-in shower and separate tub and double vanity. Also located on this floor are two additional guest bedrooms, a full bath, and a laundry area with full-size front-loaders. The two guest bedrooms each have a Queen bed and a TV.
Ground-level has an outdoor shower, and parking for two vehicles is available on the street in front of the unit. The garage area game room has a Ping Pong table and Dartboard. There is an electric grill available for guest's use on the front balcony. This lovely home is just a short 5-minute walk from the beach and near several excellent restaurants, including one of Tybee's most popular restaurants called Sundae Cafe, shopping, and more. Complimentary WIFI, wireless internet access.
