Description
Van Horne Villa is a custom-built 3700+ square foot home that features unobstructed views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Located on the main oceanfront side of the North end of Tybee, you can enjoy a quieter beach location and are still within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The home's exterior offers everything you would want in an oceanfront home, including private beach access right from your deck with a shower to rinse off, lots of seating and lounge space, a charcoal grill, and an enclosed outdoor shower room with a bathroom.
On the home's main living level, you will find the kitchen, dining area, four guest bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large oceanfront deck. The kitchen features a six-burner gas stove, oven, convection oven/microwave, full-size fridge, and plenty of space for large family meals. There is a full bath in the hall. The dining area table seats 10, and the living area is comfortably furnished and includes a wet bar with a built-in icemaker.
The guest bedrooms on this floor include #1: Queen, #2: Double, #3: 2 Doubles with Jack and Jill Full Bath connecting to #4: Queen bed.
The top floor of the home features two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first is furnished with a King and full bath with a soaking tub with an oceanfront view and a separate shower. The second offers a King and Double bed and an attached full bath. There is also a laundry with a full-sized washer and dryer in the hall.
The home's ground level offers a utility room with a full-sized freezer, an additional washer and dryer, and a sink. The ground-level patio provides additional seating, stair access to the main level deck, an enclosed shower room, a charcoal grill, and a gas grill perfect for cookouts. There is parking for five vehicles. This home has High-Speed Internet/WIFI available for guest use.
