Tybee Sands 3A is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located right in the heart of the action on the south end of Tybee Island. The living area includes a Queen sleeper sofa, 55" Smart TV, blue ray player, and cable. The dining area includes a table that seats 4 and there are 2 additional stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and a Keurig and there are a full-size washer and dryer in the hall. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and a private bath. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a smart TV. Smart TV's are perfect for enjoying streaming programming, simply log into your own online entertainment streaming accounts. An additional full bath is located in the hall. The balcony is furnished with a table with seating for 4.
Located 2 buildings back from the main beach, Tybee Sands offers a great location at a wonderful price. This condo is about 75 yards from the main beach and within easy walking distance to the Tybee pier, restaurants, and shopping. Shared outside shower great for rinsing off the sand after a swim or stroll along the beach. Perfect location for Tybee’s fireworks shows and numerous special events like the Pirate Fest and Festival of the Arts. Assigned covered parking for 2 vehicles.
This condo is pet-friendly with an additional fee. SPECIAL NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak /high seasons. Must climb stairs (No Elevator) – Unit is on 1st floor with garage parking on the ground level underneath.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (28+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
