Tybee Sands 3A is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located right in the heart of the action on the south end of Tybee Island. The living area includes a Queen sleeper sofa, 55" Smart TV, blue ray player, and cable. The dining area includes a table that seats 4 and there are 2 additional stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and a Keurig and there are a full-size washer and dryer in the hall. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, a Smart TV, and a private bath. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a smart TV. Smart TV's are perfect for enjoying streaming programming, simply log into your own online entertainment streaming accounts. An additional full bath is located in the hall. The balcony is furnished with a table with seating for 4.
Located 2 buildings back from the main beach, Tybee Sands offers a great location at a wonderful price. This condo is about 75 yards from the main beach and within easy walking distance to the Tybee pier, restaurants, and shopping. Shared outside shower great for rinsing off the sand after a swim or stroll along the beach. Perfect location for Tybee’s fireworks shows and numerous special events like the Pirate Fest and Festival of the Arts. Assigned covered parking for 2 vehicles.

Great location to the beach, shops, and places to eat! Only time we drove was a visit to Savannah. Perfect for a small family or 2 couples. Could use a few more kitchen utensils/pots/containers and a broom to keep up with sand all week!first time to Tybee. Great Condo & Location
My parents came to visit us from the St Louis area for the week. This condo was a great location on the south end of the beach. They could walk to the cute little shops and pick up food without having to drive anywhere. It was clean upon arrival, which is so important for making us feel safe.
