Tybee Beach Club 136 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located mid-island on Tybee Island, and is a great choice for couples getaways! Enjoy one of the best views in this building based on your top-floor location. The condo is very spacious for a 1 bedroom at over 950 square feet so you will have plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area and offers a nice breakfast bar. You'll enjoy the bright and airy living area which has a Queen Sleeper Sofa bed for any overnight guests and a dining area for four. Sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony where you can enjoy the ocean breezes and the park-like atmosphere of the common areas of the most popular condo destination on the island. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, and the adjoining primary bathroom includes a large tub and an enormous walk-in shower which is sure to help wind down a long day at the beach.
This condo is located on the third floor of the Tybee Beach Club building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the three pools, two covered garage parking spaces (unassigned), beach access, and an on-site restaurant, The Deck. The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.
* Beachside Colony Condominiums is undergoing an improvement project to build an all-new pool and pool deck. The pools are closed, and equipment is onsite during the construction phase of the improvement. Given the lack of pool availability and noise during the construction, rates have been discounted. Hardscape and landscaping are expected to continue until the Pool opening Mid-May.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (28+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
