Enjoy a relaxing pool and patio with direct access to the beach, and an on-site restaurant, The Deck, just steps away from your door. This nicely furnished condo offers an open floor plan living and dining area with stunning ocean views.
The condo offers an open living room area with ocean views, dining table seating for 4, and bar with seating for 2. The kitchen offers granite counters and all stainless appliances along with a stackable washer and dryer. There is also a queen sleeper sofa, iPod docking station, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. The balcony located off the living area offers great views of the courtyard, community pools, and ocean. Direct beach access is located just steps away at the pool area which also offers outdoor showers.
The Primary bedroom offers a King size bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and DVD player, and offers access to the second full bath with tub and shower which is also accessible from the hall. WIFI is available.
The building has elevator access and parking for 2 vehicles. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
