The main living level features an open floor plan with tall ceilings. This large open space creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living area is very comfortably furnished and includes a flat-screen TV and DVD. The kitchen is well appointed and includes a two-person breakfast bar, granite counters, and all stainless appliances. The dining table seats 8, and there is a half bath located in the living room. The top floor balcony is perfect for dining and includes a gas grill and combined table seating for 10. This level also features Primary Bedroom 1 with access to the balcony. The room has a King size bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom with a Whirlpool Tub, separate shower, and double vanity.
On the second floor, you will find Bedroom 2, with two Queen beds, a private adjoining bath, flat-screen TV, and balcony access. There are two additional guest bedrooms and a shared full bath. The first has a King size bed and access to the furnished 2nd-floor balcony. The 3rd bedroom on this floor is furnished with a Queen bed. Also located on the second floor is the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a small balcony with seating for 2.
The spacious 3 story home features a 2 car garage, entry foyer, and patio. This is Livin is one side of a large duplex townhome. This home is pet-friendly. Wifi is included. PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.
