This condo is located on the third floor of The Vue building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the two pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and an on-site restaurant, the Deck. The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo will welcome guests with plenty of space and a balcony overlooking the pools and manicured garden area, the onsite restaurant and bar, and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Watch the sunrise from the comfort of your private balcony!
The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a sleeper sofa for additional guest sleeping space. The dining table seats 4, and there are 2 barstools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped to make preparing meals at home a breeze. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use.
The primary bedroom has a King bed, a TV, and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, and there is an additional bathroom with a tub and shower combination in the hall.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. We loved this unit. Great ocean views, clean condo. Very comfortable. We stayed in mid August so it was quite hot. We like to sit on the balcony, especially early evening. It was a bit tough to do that as the heat was intense. One suggestion would be to put a ceiling fan out on the roof of the balcony. Tybee vacation rentals was probably our favorite vacation rental company to work with. When we got to the unit, they supplied us with a very generous welcome kit from laundry soap to paper towels. I will definately be booking with them again.
