Enjoy a Condo with a "Vue". The Vue 238 is a perfect escape for your next Tybee Vacation! Relax in an updated two-bedroom condo at the popular Beachside Colony community. This condo is located on the third floor of The Vue building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the three pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and an on-site restaurant, the Deck. The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo will welcome guests with plenty of space and a balcony overlooking the pools and manicured garden area, the onsite restaurant and bar, and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Watch the sunrise from the comfort of your private balcony!

The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a sleeper sofa for additional guest sleeping space. The dining table seats 4, and there are 2 barstools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped to make preparing meals at home a breeze. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use.

The master bedroom has a King bed, a TV, and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, and there is an additional bathroom with a tub and shower combination in the hall.

* Beachside Colony Condominiums is planning an improvement project to build an all-new pool and pool deck beginning in October 2021. During the construction, the pools will be closed, and equipment will be onsite in order to improve the pools for future guests. Given the possibility guests may be inconvenienced by the construction project including the lack of pool availability and noise during their stay - rates have now been discounted. Work is expected to continue through February 2022.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
