Inside, every detail has been designed to delight and exceed guests' expectations. This one-story ranch-style home will surprise you with how spacious and comfortable it is. The spacious full kitchen is perfect for groups looking to cook together - it features all stainless appliances, a French door refrigerator, a custom-designed coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker, and plenty of counter space for the Chef in your group. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table that has seating for 8, and bar counter seating for 4.

This home has been lovingly updated with special touches throughout. The living area has a 65-inch flat-screen TV and offers a sleeper sofa as a flexible bedding option. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed, a 40 inch TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The three additional guest bedrooms have large Smart TVs and share 2 full bathrooms. Step outside to enjoy one of the most beautiful backyard settings Tybee Island has to offer! Take a dip in the huge outdoor pool that has a sun shelf to stay cool while laying out in the sun. The expertly designed landscaping is an inviting space, perfect for entertaining. Enjoy hours of relaxation. The outdoor space includes a manicured lawn and BBQ area with a gas grill. Challenge your friends to a game of cornhole, Relax after dark around the firepit with friends. There is also a solar-heated hot and cold outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

After spending most of your time in the pool or at the beach, the game room will be a favorite hangout for many. But, more than just a game room, this addition combines a game room with a home theater and is a great way to gather together for family fun any time of the day. Lounge around and watch movies or games in total comfort on the Barkalounger sofa and recliners. There is plenty of space to spread out for a movie night on the 75-inch Smart TV.

In-home Wifi is available. All TVs are Smart TVs, to watch your favorite streaming entertainment. The pool dimensions are 14' x 30' with a depth of 5'5" at the deepest part. Optional pool heat is available for $35 per night. (Pool heat not available in January and February.) Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles.

Need more space for your upcoming vacation? Then consider also renting a neighboring home. For example, Casa Azul is a four-bedroom home that sleeps up to 13, and Guiding Light is a 4 Bedroom neighboring home that sleeps up to 11. When combined with The Oar House, that would be a total of 12 bedrooms and enough space for up to 34 guests.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.
