With over 4500 square feet, this lovely family-friendly property will welcome you home after a day of toes in the sand, good vibes, and good times!

The front porch entryway opens into a large living room with ocean views beyond the natural dunes. Relax after a great day on the beach, on the spacious sectional sofa with the whole family, and watch a movie on the 75” TV. Tons of natural light from several windows and French Doors flood the living area. A separate dining room and breakfast nook lead to a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a prep island. The open dining and kitchen space is ideal for entertaining guests and preparing delicious meals. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is seating for two people at the breakfast bar. Enjoy meals with a group of ten around the dining table, ideal for family gatherings and game nights. The dine-in kitchen table can double as a 'kids table' for dining together for dinners or special holiday gatherings.

Upstairs, there are three separate King bedrooms, each with private ensuite bathrooms. A balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean is attached to the Primary bedroom. The connected spa bathroom is the ideal location to unwind, with his and her vanities and a huge walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 on this floor each have king-sized beds, Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows, and both have an attached private bathroom. See the Tybee Lighthouse from the north end bedroom windows. Finally, on the main level, the fourth bedroom has a Queen size bed and a Smart TV.

A game room on the ground floor keeps the whole family entertained for hours. Enjoy hours of gaming fun with a full-size Ms. Pac-Man video game and other gaming consoles. Unwind on a large sofa with an extra-long Queen sleeper sofa for visitors. Outside, there is a patio, a gas grill for cookouts, and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

The Seashore Colony on Tybee Island is a private drive located next to Historic Officer's Row, which dates back to the early 1900s and is named for the mansions of ranking officers and their families. North Beach, home to the famous North Beach Grill and the Tybee Island Lighthouse, is also a block away and may be reached by a private pathway. In Tybee's Jaycee Park, you'll find walking and cycling trails, a playground, a disc golf course, and other sports facilities.

Great Girls Trip
This year we planned our girls trip in Tybee Beach, GA. We booked the property through VRBO but all communications, correspondence, and payment information was through Tybee Vacation Rental company. The property was great for our group of 8, plenty of space, access to the beach was directly across the street! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and kitchen supplies were very functional!!! Quiet neighborhood and about a 25 min drive to Savannah! The only small problem we encountered was running out of hot water on our last night’s stay. However that doesn’t compare to the wonderful time we had there!!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would most certainly book through TVR again!!
