The Southern Belle Terrace apartment is a spacious 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, apartment in a beautifully updated Savannah townhome. This Third-level rental home features beautifully refinished hardwood floors with high ceilings, and architectural touches throughout. There is a terrace located on the Monterey Square side of the home which is a nice option for enjoying your morning coffee or some wine in the evenings. The large bedroom is furnished with a King size bed, and a 42" smart TV, and has privacy doors leading to the living area. The living room is comfortably furnished, includes a 55" smart TV, and there are two inflatable Twin beds for extra sleeping. There is also a kitchen along with an in-unit washer and dryer.

In-unit WIFI is available. The occupancy limit for the day and overnight guests is a maximum of 4.

Parking information: Parking for this home is on-street and metered Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Guests are encouraged to either purchase a pre-paid parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center or park on a nearby non-metered street. Neighborhood street parking spaces have a 2-hour time limit on Taylor Street nearest to the townhome.

The Southern Belle Townhome sits on East Taylor Street within a block to Bull Street on Monterey Square. This square's main attraction is perhaps one of the most famous houses in Savannah, the Mercer-Williams House. This home was originally built in 1860 and was finished in 1868. The home was made famous in the 1994 book "The Garden of Good and Evil" which was later turned into a movie, is based on real-life events and people who lived the Mercer Williams House. Just across the square from Mercer House sits Congregation Mickve Israel, one of the few neo-Gothic style synagogues in the United States. The Synagogue was erected in the 1870s and is home to the third-oldest Jewish congregation in America. Both Mercer-Williams House and Mickve Israel offer tours of these beautifully restored buildings.

Guests will also be located only a short 20-25 minute drive to Tybee Island, Savannah's beach. Come out for a day trip to enjoy the beach, fishing, visiting Ft. Pulaski, or climbing Georgia's oldest and tallest lighthouse.
