Silver Seas 301 is located is a top floor corner-unit condo in this small 9 unit building. There is an elevator, so no worries about the stairs. Put your toes in the sand just 100 yards away! Guests will also love being just steps away from restaurants, shopping, the pier, and more. The condo offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious and open kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances. The large dining table has seating for 8. The living area offers comfortable seating along with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable furnishings, including a twin sleeper chair - for an additional sleeping space.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King bed, flat-screen TV and an attached full bathroom has a whirlpool garden tub and separate shower. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed, with a full-size bottom mattress and an upper twin (sleeps 3 in this room).
Reserved parking for 2 cars (large SUVs and oversized trucks may not fit in the garage). Wireless High-Speed Internet is available for guest use. Handicap friendly (elevator in the building - not ADA compliant). This condo is not pet-friendly.
