New Property! A vacation to Tybee Island Shore Beats Work! This brand-new 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation home has ample room to accommodate your friends and family on a dream getaway to Tybee. With two levels of grand, wrap-around porches that offer stunning ocean views, guests will love enjoying the beach breeze while looking out across the water! Watch cargo ships roll in or pods of dolphins play from the comfort of your vacation home while only a few steps from the private beach access that’s less than one block away!

In true Tybee fashion, this raised vacation home has its main living area on the top floor, where guests can enjoy picturesque views from the living room, dining room, and kitchen as a result of this level’s open floor plan. The primary living area consists of a large sectional, flat-screen TV, and beachy décor. Just off of the living area is access to the top floor’s wrap-around porch, which offers the best views of the bay.

Gather around the outdoor dining table with seating for 6 for an evening meal and a sunset! Additionally, there is a bar-height table with extra seating for 4 as well as two swings for further relaxation. The indoor dining area has seating for 6. The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, and oven, as well as added features of a Keurig, tea kettle, coffee pot, and a toaster. The large island provides plenty of prep space for making vacation meals at home and doubles as a breakfast bar with three additional seats.

Just off the primary living area is Bedroom 1, which features a king-sized bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a large ensuite bathroom. The ensuite has a double vanity, a massive walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The top floor also has a half bathroom.

Head downstairs to find the remaining three bedrooms. Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, an ensuite full bathroom, and direct access to the first-floor wrap-around porches. Bedroom 3 is outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Guests will love the views of the bay from this bedroom. Bedroom 4 has two twin XL beds and a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Both Bedrooms 3 and 4 have access to a hall bathroom with a combination shower and tub. The second floor includes an additional living area with a sleeper sofa and comfortable seating to enjoy family nights together or stream your favorite entertainment on the large flat-screen TV with Roku.

A convenient beach access point is located just to the left of the home on a private drive. After a fun day at the beach, rinse off all the sand with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The addition of the gas grill is perfect for cooking out as well as a fire pit, the perfect place for gathering on a cool evening with family and friends! There is a laundry room with an in-unit washer and dryer. There is parking for four vehicles.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is not pet friendly.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid. The amount is included in your online quote. In addition, a monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property. It has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Excellent!!!
We absolutely loved this home! Very spacious for our group of nine. The location was wonderful. It was quiet with close access to the beach. The decor was pretty but also comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. And everything was in working order. The little touches provided by the rental company (soap, paper products, playing cards, etc) were much appreciated! They really go above and beyond. Thanks for an awesome vacation!
