Great location! Seaside Watch C is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the heart of the south end district on the beach-side of Butler Avenue. This condo is located in a small 6-unit building with partial ocean views and is just steps to the beach, Tybee Pier, popular restaurants and bars, shopping, bike rental, and much more! The rental includes two covered tandem parking spaces. Park your vehicles and rent bikes and you can literally walk or bike everywhere on Tybee! The elevator makes luggage and groceries a breeze.
The condo offers a nice open floor plan, with a spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen. Ideal for entertaining! The living room has ample seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen TV. The dining area has table seating for six plus additional breakfast bar seating for three. Open the sliding doors to the private balcony for even more space. The kitchen is fully equipped, has stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), solid surface countertops, and there are laundry facilities in the unit.
The Primary Suite features a king bed and private primary bathroom with double sink vanity and walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, and they share a full hall bath. There is a flat-screen TV in each of the three bedrooms.
The condo offers complimentary cable/hi-speed internet and a variety of games and puzzles. Also, your family pets are with prior approval.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
