The home's contemporary touches extend throughout the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features sleek seating and a sectional sofa, a fantastic desk that makes remote work a breeze, and an elegant electric fireplace to create the perfect ambiance—access to the home’s half bathroom just off the living room. The fully-equipped kitchen has brand-new stainless appliances and a large island with a breakfast bar and 4 bar stools, perfect for gathering and entertaining! The dining area features a round table with seating for 6. The kitchen is an additional living space with a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping accommodations and direct access to the outdoor courtyard.

Head up the modern floating staircase to the second floor, where all three bedrooms are located. Relax in the Primary Bedroom Bedroom 1 with a king-sized bed and a large Smart TV with cable, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also feature king-sized beds, a Smart TV, and share a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The washer and dryer can be accessed just off of the hallway.

The private courtyard on the back of the home is perfect for travelers looking to soak up the sun in Downtown Savannah. Unwind on the ample outdoor seating after a fun-filled day of sightseeing. For guests traveling with their dogs, the secluded, private outdoor area is great for relaxing with your furry friend. Be sure to walk to Forsyth park for an afternoon outing with your pup. Forsyth park is very dog friendly and welcomes dogs on leashes year-round. There is on-site parking for one vehicle and nearby non-metered street parking, making parking simple and easy throughout your stay.

While the location is perfect for exploring all of Savannah, it’s only a short 20-25 minute drive to Tybee Island, often referred to as Savannah’s beach. How do I turn on the fireplace, does it have a remote?

There is a touchless sensor to turn it on to the right of the fireplace.

How do we get in the parking area?

Answer:

Gate to parking pad behind house can be opened and closed pushing the red button in the home on the wall by the back door of the property. There is not a gate clicker. To open the gate, you will need to access the property via the front door, go to back door and push the red button to open and then press again to close after vehicle is parked. The gate must be closed after entering and exiting.
