Sandy Souls

Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Rented bikes and went everywhere we needed on the island. Loved that we could bring our dogs. Very relaxing place with two outdoor gathering areas. Nicely decorated. Would absolutely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island at Sandy Souls! From the check in process to the house location...super pleased! The house is definitely in a great spot for getting to the beach easily. It is located only a 5 minute walk down a gravel road to the beach access walkway. It is also in the quiet North beach area. We loved how quiet it was. The front porch was a place that we really enjoyed! Every day we were out there for coffee, drinks, cards, etc! The kitchen was super as well. I would advise bringing a few things with you, as there really aren't baking sheets, oven mitts, etc. We loved our time in Savannah, and it is such an easy drive from Tybee. We loved our time here and will definitely be back!!!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was great and the location as well. Short walk to the beach on the north end. It was not crowded and we had our own space. Tybee is a darling island and we cannot wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay last weekend and Sandy Souls! House was very clean and well stocked. Location is excellent and just a short walk to the beach! It is also in a more residential area, so it was very quiet at night (even on the 4th of July!) Multiple porches to enjoy the outdoors at home too. House was very pet friendly (had multiple dogs with us) as well. We'd go back any time!

We vacation to Tybee yearly, always trying new homes but I think we found a keeper! The house provided everything we needed and then some! We all had plenty of room to gather together, which was awesome! A short (about 5min) walk to the beach was a big plus! The home was very clean and well decorated! We did a sunset dolphin cruise, which is highly recommended to see a sunset like above!We can't wait to stay again next summer!

We loved our vacation at Tybee Island! This trip was my son's first visit to the beach and I know he had a wonderful experience. Sandy Souls is beautiful, well equipped, and spacious. Thank you TVR for being so kind and helpful. My family will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Tybee Island and Savannah! Staying at Sandy Souls was very relaxing. We cooked breakfast every morning. The beach cart was helpful on our short walk to the beach. We will be back and have TVR help with our accommodations! We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon!

Sandy Souls is a short walk to the beach and is surrounded by attractive trees. A small tidal stream lies across the street, and it’s fun to watch busy herons and wood storks. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are very nice outdoor deck areas. The interior is also attractive with nice photography and adequate furniture. We were very happy with how clean and well kept the premises was.

We loved this house! It had everything we needed. There were five of us and it was a perfect fit. The furniture and art work are quite nice. The back yard was wonderful for our pup. It is really large and secure. We loved the location. It is close to the beach (2 blocks/easy access)/not crowded), close to Jaycee Park, close to HWY, and walkable to the lighthouse ,dogpark, and several restaurants. It is in a quiet neighborhood and the well-insulated doors/windows made it quiet inside the house. We had a couple minor maintenance issues that were very quickly resolved when we called TVR. They were easy to work with, pleasant, and quick. Our adult son got to Tybee hours before we did and before we could check into the rental. TVR let him put his bags in a closet there so he could walk around and gave him a $15 gift card to a local restaurant, Sea Wolf (which is excellent, btw). The living space is great for groups; it's open and comfortable with a lot of seating options. We played games and watched movies in the living room. The kitchen is large and is well-appointed. We cooked several meals and found everything we needed. Towards the end of our stay, we noticed that the kitchen sink was leaking. There are a lot of mosquitos on the back deck, so be prepared. There is a nice grill but we didn't use it. The front deck was quite nice and private. Everybody thought the beds were comfy and the showers had good water pressure with plenty of hot water.. TVR supplied enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher powder, laundry soap. a kitchen sponge, bath towels, and washcloths. The only thing we wanted more of was hand towels in the kitchen.

This is our 3rd stay in Tybee. Best rental we have booked. House has everything you need! It’s exceptionally clean! A very short (5min) walk to beach. Kitchen is stocked. Plenty of towels and linens. Everything in working order! Very impressed. Highly recommend!
